Poetic letters from her to her
The Hellenic American Union and the poetry meetings "With the words (it becomes)" begin their 11th season by presenting a tribute to women's poetry. Twelve Greek writers of the younger generation write a poem-letter addressed to a female character-creation of a poetess of the previous generation. The event is broadcast on Monday, November 15, 2021, at 19:30, on the YouTube channels of the Hellenic American Union and Me with the words (done) and on the Facebook of the Hellenic American Union.
In this first year of its second decade, "With the words (it becomes)", its founder and curator Panagiotis Ioannidis invites "in white" key contributors of the events so far - poems and translations - to host five of the six events this year. The November event is curated by poet Paulina Marvin.
